We respect your privacy as a visitor to the site, and do not store your data unnecessarily. In this privacy policy you can read which data we collect; why we do that; how we use this data; which other companies are involved in data processing; and what rights you have as a visitor to the site.
Your personal information
When you visit the site we collect only the data mentioned under the heading 'Cookies'.
If you contact us via the contact form, you must enter your name, your e-mail address, and your message, and when we send, we will register your IP address. We only use this information to respond to your message and to prevent spam. If you ask us specifically about your account with a broker, we can share your data with that broker to answer your question. We store your e-mails for up to 5 years if the content is important for our website (for example a complaint about a broker) and otherwise a maximum of one year.
Data processors
We never share your personal information with third parties, except with the companies listed below that perform important parts of our website. We have entered into a processor agreement with these companies. These companies use modern technology to keep your data safe. All communication with our data processors is encrypted. Personnel of data processing companies will not get access to your data unless this is absolutely necessary, and in that case is bound to confidentiality.

- Rochen Hosting Ltd. We host our website and databases at Rochen Hosting. The comments you place on our articles are stored on the Rochen Hosting servers.
- Fastmail Pty. Ltd. We host our email service at Fastmail. The data you share with us via the contact form or by email is stored encrypted by Fastmail.
Your rights
If you live in the European Union, you have the right to inspect, amend and supplement the data we hold about you at any time. You can ask us via the contact form to provide you with your stored data. We respond to such a request within 72 hours.
If you live in the European Union, you also have the right to be forgotten. If you want us to delete all data we have about you, please contact us via the contact form. In normal cases we will delete all your data within 72 hours. The exception to this is if your account is suspected of spam or fraud. In that case we will save your email address and your IP address for a maximum of 2 years to prevent abuse.
We do not take automatic decisions based on your data that may be to your disadvantage. If you have complaints about the way in which we deal with your privacy or your personal data, we take it seriously. In that case, please contact us via the contact form, and we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. You always receive an answer from us in case of a complaint.

BinXC uses cookies with different purposes. First, we use functional cookies to make the site work properly. We can place these without you explicitly giving permission.
Second, we use preferences cookies to store your preferences for using the site.
Thirdly, we use analytical cookies from Google Analytics to understand how our site is used and to improve it. These cookies record your IP address, the country and language settings of your browser, and your page of origin when you visit our website. We only get aggregated access to these data and can not trace them to you personally. Your data is retained by Google Analytics for up to 50 months to study long-term trends.
BinXC is dependent on advertisements for its income. The advertisements we display on our site come from external parties. In most cases no cookies are placed. In some cases, the advertiser's number of impressions are tracked with a 'tracking pixel', but your personal information is not stored. It is quite possible that we will change the privacy policy in the future.
